Statuses for content items in progress
Different statuses apply to content items, depending on where you stopped in the 'Add content' workflow. These statuses indicate what is the next thing outstanding before you can generate your link.
Statuses and their meanings:
- Pending unit: This means you have not yet assigned a unit to your extract.
- Pending Licence: This means you need to confirm that your usage of a book for a specific unit is compliant with the 10% or 1 chapter guideline of the Statutory Education Licence. In the main workflow you will need to tick the check boxes 'Confirm 1 chapter' and 'Confirm within extent limits' to be able to proceed further.
- Assigning content: This means that content has not been uploaded or selected yet, preventing a link from being published.
You can view and track these content items in progress in the menu by clicking 'In progress'.
You can update each content item by clicking on each of them in the table.
